School Workshops for primary and secondary schools  Find School Workshops is a new site that has been designed to reduce the amount of time teachers & parents need to spend looking for the right educational school workshops.  They save you time by allowing you to search for themed, cross curricular and subject specific school workshops.   This website is aimed at providing information on grant funding and sponsorship sources relevant to primary, secondary and special schools within both the state and independent sectors.  It does charge a fee, but provides centralised information that is kept bang up to date. West Midlands Gifted and Talented Partnership has a regional responsibility to promote personalised learning and strategies.  They list events and opportunities for a wide range of subjects and target groups across the region.   Blue Hippo Media is an award winning Birmingham based media production company.  Pip and the team offered invaluable support and advice to us when it came to filming the Talk History DVD.   A dynamic and creative corporate video production company in Stratford-upon-Avon working throughout the country.  The Rural Media Company is an award winning charity that uses film, photography, journalism, graphic design and the Internet to produce high-impact moving image and new media work. The Knights of Middle England are a radical new born medieval jousting team that are bringing the Knights of Old into the 21 century. We’ve just got to promote this site!  It’s for a book by a local Coventry author Jacky Gray, called Archer.  Kevin gave Jacky the inspiration for the book years ago when she saw him performing at Warwick Castle.  Archer is the first novel in the series Hengist: The people of the horse and is available via the website.  The Warwicks 1914 - 1918 is a brilliant Living History Group, formed to perpetuate the memory of the Great War soldier.  Their aim is to portray the life of the British soldier from 1914 to 1918 through dynamic displays and demonstrations.  Available for hire   Thoroughly nice people to deal with – West Point Albion Small Arms is one of the UKs main importers and exporters of reproduction muzzle loading muskets and pistols, they also undertake repairs & proofing etc. as required.

60 Second Histories is one of the best Edtech Resources 2017
We’re delighted to announce that online teaching resource, 60 second histories, has been included on the list of ‘The 50 Best EdTech Resources of 2017’.  Published by Technology & Innovation magazine, the list celebrates what truly works in education and what has a particularly positive impact on teaching and learning at secondary school level.  60 second histories films have been written by Kevin Hicks of the History Squad.
